View schedule exceptions
Overview
This flow describes how to see the periods when a resource is not available in Care. See Schedule Exception.
Pre-requisites
- The resource is available in the facility.
- You have the permission listed below.

Steps
1. Open the schedule of the resource
Open the facility. Go to the scheduling section and select the resource.
2. Read the list of exceptions
The page lists the schedule exceptions of the resource. Each exception shows its reason, its dates and its times.
An exception for the whole day shows the date. An exception for a part of the day shows the start time and the end time.
If the resource has no exception, the page shows the message "No scheduled exceptions found."
Expected Outcome
- You see the periods when the resource is not available.
