Add delivered items to a supply delivery

Overview​

This flow describes how to add the items that you move in a supply delivery. Each item names a batch in stock and the quantity to move.

Pre-requisites​

  • You created the supply delivery at your facility. See Create a supply delivery.
  • The supply delivery is not Completed, Abandoned, or Entered in Error.
  • The batch that you move is in stock at the source location.
  • You have the permissions listed below.

Permissions​

Can Create Supply Delivery on FacilityLets you add delivered items to a supply delivery at the facility. Facility Admin and Admin have this permission.

Steps​

1. Open the supply delivery​

Open the supply delivery that you want to add items to.

2. Start a new item​

Click Add Item.

Note: If you start the delivery from a supply order, Care can load the requested items for you.

3. Select the inventory item​

Select an existing inventory item. An inventory item is one batch that is already in stock at the source location.

4. Enter the quantity​

Enter the quantity to move for that batch.

Note: Care does not allow a quantity that is more than the stock at the source location.

Expected Outcome​

  • The supply delivery lists the item, the batch, and the quantity to move.
